I’m Jacob Jasso, founder of Jacob & Sons.
This company was built on a simple belief:
If you take care of people with integrity and excellence,
the work will always follow.
The idea for Jacob & Sons started over 12 years ago when my first son was born. I knew I wanted to build something that would one day become a legacy for my children — something rooted in faith, family, and hard work.
My experience in construction began long before the business existed. At 15 years old, I spent my summers working alongside my father, who owned and operated his own construction company. He taught me how to remodel homes, build additions, lay tile, and most importantly — how to work with discipline, honesty, and pride in every detail.
Those early lessons carried me into the next chapter of my life: serving this great nation in the United States Navy. The structure, responsibility, and work ethic I learned there shaped the way I lead my business today.
When my family and I moved to Texas five years ago, we didn’t launch the company right away. Instead, we focused on building relationships, aided in managing properties, and getting to know the community. Those years gave us a deep understanding of Central Texas homes, land, and the people who care for them.
At the beginning of this year, we officially launched Jacob & Sons General Contractors LLC — turning years of experience, preparation, and vision into a fully established business.
As we began serving the community, word spread — not because we advertised, but because we showed up, communicated clearly, and treated every property like it was our own. We’ve had the privilege of working with local companies and organizations here in Texas, and we’re truly grateful for every opportunity they’ve trusted us with. Those partnerships continue to grow because we prioritize reliability, communication, and the kind of trust you can only build through consistent, honest work.
Today, we handle everything from storm damage repairs to remodeling, make‑ready services, hauling, landscaping, and insurance‑related projects.
